Jeffrey D.M. Smith, B.Sc. – Partner

Mr. Smith has over 16 years of insurance sales and commercial program experience including three years as a large-case group underwriter. Jeff's responsibilities include overseeing the underwriting team and building relationships within Signature Risk's network of leading independent insurance brokers across Canada.
Mr. Smith has developed and launched several commercial group insurance programs including the Ontario Trucking Association (OTA), Association of Community Living and the Driving Instructor Association of Ontario group programs.
Kelli Hunt – Commercial Underwriter

Kelli is the newest member of the underwriting team at Signature Risk and joined the company in April, 2011. Kelli began her career in 2001 as an underwriting technician at Dominion and worked her way up to become a commercial underwriter with stops at Aviva, The Citadel, Premier Marine and most recently at Canada Worldwide.
During the years Kelli has developed specialized expertise and solid working relationships with brokers across Canada and within the Lloyd!s community. Kelli will be working with the Signature Risk broker network to provide quotes and service existing Signature Golf and Signature Wine accounts.
Outside of the office Kelli is avid horse racing enthusiast and an active member of the Ontario Harness Horseman Association.
Celina W. Zhao, B.A. – Junior Underwriter

Ms. Zhao is a Junior Underwriter at Signature Risk Partners Inc. and she works closely with our Chief Underwriting Officer, Elaine Collier.
Celina began her insurance career as a CSR with a Toronto based insurance broker in 2006. She has worked closely with insurance sales professionals on personal and commercial lines products since that time and has decided to pursue a career as an underwriter.
Celina is a graduate of York University where she majored in Business Economics. Ms. Zhao is proficient in English, Mandarin and Cantonese and is currently enrolled in the CIP program.
